When you fill in a form on this site (booking, message, newsletter, Klyft waitlist, or content gate), we collect your name, email address, and WhatsApp number. We also collect the IP address of form submissions for rate-limiting purposes — this is not stored permanently.
Your contact details are used exclusively to respond to your enquiry, send you the update you signed up for (newsletter or Klyft waitlist), or follow up on a consultation request. We do not share, sell, or use your data for any other purpose.
Submissions are delivered to Aarav's email inbox via Resend and logged to a private Google Sheet. Both are access-controlled and visible only to Aarav. No third-party marketing tools receive your data.
The content-gate feature (used on some blog posts and project detail views) stores a small flag in your browser's localStorage after you submit your details. This is device-local and not transmitted to any server beyond the initial form submission.
This site does not use tracking cookies. We use localStorage only for the content gate (described above). There are no third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or session cookies.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of your personal data held by us. To exercise any of these rights, email aaravshethh@gmail.com. We will respond within 15 business days.
