Mumbai-based. I build AI systems for Indian businesses — images, videos, agents, websites, and booking tools. Took my first IIT online certificate in Python & ML, ran operations inside a D2C brand for a year, placed Top 3 of 150at my university business competition, and have been building AI-first products for 2 years. Today I'm shipping Klyft — a Shopify ops layer for D2C brands — alongside consulting clients.
From D2C ops to AI builds. Here's how I got to where I am now.
Ran operations for a small skincare brand for a year. Learned where rupees actually leak — aggregators, returns, WhatsApp chaos, retention cliffs. Theory became useless fast.
Completed a 3-month IIT online certificate in Python and Machine Learning. First structured exposure to how AI models actually work under the hood. Built on top of that immediately.
Placed Top 3 out of 150 teams at my university business competition. Built and pitched a product under pressure. Learned that a clear problem statement beats a polished deck every time.
Started offering fixed-price sprints — AI systems for specific problems. Every client taught me which automations actually move the needle vs. which ones just look impressive in a demo.
8 months into Klyft — a Shopify ops layer for D2C brands. Shipping in 2 months. Taking AI consulting clients in parallel. Two years deep in agents, automation, and what actually sticks.
Taking consulting clients in parallel with Klyft. One person, fixed-price sprints, scope locked before code.
Not a methodology. Just what I've found to be true after two years of building.
